board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Gladys Michelle Mazariegos is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) whose mission is to provide compassionate, honest, and individualized support throughout your ABA journey. Whether it's developing a personalized treatment plan for your child, teaching you how to implement interventions effectively, supporting your parenting or personal growth, supervising RBTs pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification, or helping fellow BCBAs align with their values as leaders—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I began my journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2018 and quickly discovered how fulfilling and life-changing this field can be. I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in ABA from Capella University. Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mother of three beautiful, kind-hearted girls and married to a wonderful husband who supports my mission and vision.
Since 2018, I’ve worked in clinical practice supporting children ages 2 to 22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My experience includes direct intervention, parent coaching, RBT supervision, mentoring future BCBAs/BCaBAs, and collaborating closely with fellow clinicians. I incorporate evidence-based tools like PEAK and ABLLS, as well as principles from ESDM and ACT, to create dynamic, values-driven programs tailored to each individual and family.
Honesty and compassion are at the core of everything I do. I believe that real growth happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported—and that’s exactly what I aim to provide.
