board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Gladys Michelle Mazariegos is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to providing compassionate, honest, and individualized support throughout your ABA journey. Her approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when families feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Whether she's developing a personalized treatment plan for your child, guiding you through effective strategies at home through parent coaching (also commonly referred to as parent training), mentoring future BCBAs, or helping clinicians lead with integrity and purpose—Gladys is here to support you every step of the way.

She began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2018 and quickly discovered how fulfilling and life-changing this field can be. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in ABA from Capella University. Outside of her professional life, she’s a proud mom of three kind-hearted girls and is married to a wonderful husband who supports her mission and vision.

Since 2018, Gladys has worked in clinical practice supporting children and teens ages 2 to 22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her experience includes direct intervention, parent coaching (also known as parent training), RBT supervision, mentoring future BCBAs/BCaBAs, and close collaboration with clinicians. She incorporates evidence-based tools like PEAK and ABLLS, and draws from principles of ESDM and ACT to build values-driven, individualized programs.

At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to honesty, compassion, and connection—because that’s where real growth begins.
